Third-party software
Passary uses third-party software across its web app, browser extensions, and native apps. The groups below list the direct application dependencies declared in the current source manifests, plus bundled icon assets. Not every declared package is included in every release. These lists do not include all transitive packages, build tools, or test dependencies, and a package name alone is not its license notice.
Website and web app
The web app declares these production dependencies in its npm manifest. The browser extensions share this source and build system; their final bundles may include only a subset.

Shared native core and platform layer
aes-gcm, argon2, base64, chrono, hkdf, hmac, keepass (locally patched copy), p256, psl, rand, serde, serde_json, sha1, sha2, thiserror, url, zeroize. Platform-specific Rust dependencies also include windows-sys, secret-service, and zbus.
Windows and Linux apps
Windows: Microsoft.WindowsAppSDK and ZXing.Net, alongside the shared Rust core. Linux: gtk4, image, percent-encoding, qrcode, rqrr-zeroize, ureq, and secret-service, alongside the shared Rust core and platform layer.
Android, iOS, and macOS apps
Android: androidx.activity:activity-compose, androidx.biometric:biometric, androidx.core:core-ktx, androidx.credentials:credentials, four androidx.lifecycle modules (process, runtime-ktx, runtime-compose, viewmodel-compose), and the Jetpack Compose BOM, Foundation, Material 3, extended material icons, UI, and UI tooling preview modules, alongside the shared Rust core. iOS and macOS: the reviewed Apple project manifests declare no external Swift package dependency; both use the shared Rust core. The macOS app also bundles Lucide icon assets and their license notice.
Exact versions and transitive packages vary by build and are recorded in the npm and Cargo lockfiles or resolved by the relevant platform package manager. Consult the applicable package and distributed-build notices for license texts. For example, the currently installed web packages React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and hash-wasm declare MIT licenses, while lucide-react declares ISC; those examples do not determine the licenses of every dependency.
Consumer redress
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025. Its Consumer Redress portal now provides information about consumer remedies and alternative dispute-resolution bodies.
